Hello and welcome to 5th grade in Room 212.  I hope you are ready to work hard while having fun.  If you are looking to be successful in 5th grade, all you have to do is behave appropriately and work hard.  My expectations for you, in these two areas, are high.  I will accept nothing less than your best.

In order for you to meet these expectations, here are a few things you should do:

• Come to school on time, every day.
• Complete all class and homework assignments on time.
• Listen and participate in classroom discussions and activities.
• Treat yourself and others respectfully.  Any type of bullying will not be tollerated.
